Our experience with Built Right was easy and considerate. I was able to express my needs to Joe and the crew and got back a hundred %% effort. We started with just ideas, Joe was able to draw up what we said and give us 2 new rooms a master suite, 2 bathrooms one indoor / outdoor that functions as a pool changing room as well as a large master bath, they met all our needs. During the time the old rooms were being worked on the crew was polite worked fast and was always there when they said they would be. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for a personal touch and work that can be specialized to your needs.

We like the work Built-Right has done for us so much, we have used him on 3 different remodeling projects -- adding on a second bathroom while enlarging a bedroom; adding on a family room and laundry room; and then adding on a mother-in-law quarters. Each time we had an idea, we would call Joe and knew he would listen and help us think it through to make it work. He knows how to draw up the plans, work with the City to obtain permits, and get the whole job done. We always felt safe with everyone who works for Built-Right -- they are always kind, clean, and willing to answer the many questions that arise. Joe was always accessible and took the time to make sure everything was going as planned and available whenever needed. Whenever we hear of someone even thinking about adding on to their house, we are quick to recommend Built-Right because we know he will do a good job from beginning to end.

After hearing so many horror stories about contractors from neighbors who have remodeled or were remodeling their homes we were scared to start our remodel. Then a friend told us about Built Right Construction and how she has gone back to him 3 times for additional remodeling needs. We decided to call Joe of Built Right Construction, that was the best phone call we made - Joe came over, asked us what we wanted, and sent us different sets of designs that would accommodate us. We knew how much money we wanted to spend and together with Joe, kept our plans AND changes within our allotted budget. He never pushed us to do more, but always showed us how much each change would cost and even offered suggestions that were more cost effective. Once construction started, his crew would arrive first thing in the morning, when they were done for the day, the mess was tossed in the trailer he provided and the brooms came out. They always cleaned up as much as they could in a construction site. We always passed inspection, and friends (some who were in construction) who came by to see the progress always commented on the quality of workmanship Built Right did. On occasion, Joe would stop by in the evening, just to spot check on the job his crew was doing. We don't have any horror stories with our addition of a new kitchen, den, washroom and a master bath with walk-in closet. We will call Joe for our next remodel and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants the job "built right" the first time.

Broke ground in January and topped off in early March, adding about 33%% to the square footage of our home. Carpenters/subs/trades were there every day pushing the project toward the finish line to keep us on timeline and budget. You won't find a better crew for your project than these guys. - Ten years ago, we had a room addition put on our house. It was a great choice going with Built-Right Construction. The quality of the work was top-notch. Most reviews are written on how people perceive the product immediately after purchase. After ten years, I can tell you honestly that the quality of the work has held up over time. I've had other contractors work on my home, but none of them produced a truly quality product like Built-Right! Joe and his crew were efficient and skilled keeping to the schedule and the cost. The proof is in the room addition. Quality work stands the test of time and Built-Right's quality craftsmanship stands out even after ten years. - First got in contact with Joe close to 2 yrs ago. I worked with a few builders/contractors prior and none have come close to Built Right Construction. I was a 1st time home buyer with a major project that turned into major stress. Joe pretty much guided me thru the process with almost every project. He and his team were very patient, honest and professional in what they do. Long story short he is a very good person to work with if anyone looking for great work done and a good business. - Joe ( Built- Right ) has worked on 2 projects for us in past 3 yrs. He remodeled a bathroom including the demo and extending two walls, new drywall, plumbing, electrical, heater fan, tile and paint. Recently he removed two walls and installed a 19 foot beam ceiling height to open up the house. We are very pleased with the quality work done on both projects. Joe was very easy to get a hold of and seemed happy to answer my questions, (even the dumb ones.) Most importantly my wife was happy with how clean things were left at the end of each day. Both times they finished on or before schedule. I highly recommend Joe (Built Right) for any construction needs. I look forward to working with him again in the future. - Just to let you know, I am a construction company's worst nightmare. I am a picky, detail checking, call you up all the time with more questions type client. However, Joe and his "Built-Right Construction Company" met me head on with answers and solutions to my questions and concerns. Joe's customer service gave me satisfaction that I previously could not find with other construction companies. What a professional, down to earth company Joe runs. Every cell phone call, text message that I sent was always answered right away (even after hours and on weekends). Joe and his team did a fantastic total remodeling job on my mother's bathroom. His team finished the job as promised. Everything was cleaned up daily and the details were all taken care of by Joe. The total remodeling job has really made a positive difference for my mom. My mom lives in California and I am in Arizona. Consequently, I am relieved knowing the quality job that Joe did for her. Now six months later, I call Joe up from AZ for questions about my own home. Joe gets back to me right aways with research and an answer to my questions. Is that truly great customer service or what? Through all of my experiences with Joe and his team, I just want to say that the integrity and professionalism shown by them is unrivalled. - We were very pleased to have worked with Joe at Built-Right Construction. Joe helped bring our sketches to reality. We were provided a timeline of the project and Joe always stuck to it, not once did we have to reach out for an update. Joe took our outdated 70’s façade and gave it a much needed facelift. Joe took care of blueprints, city permits, inspection appointments, and invoicing of the project in a professional manner. We were extremely impressed on how clean the worksite was left each day of the project. Joe’s crew was professional, courteous, and always available to answer any questions and provide updates.
